Overslept ..missed the garbage disposal ...the first time ...

got up the 2nd time ...

Hazy Sunny no wind...

New Moon at 22:32 tonight

12:49 pm Fasting ... Had a very sound uninterpreted sleep after sehri and fajr ...no garbage disposal 

New Moon 0.7% waxing 

Hazy and hot ....no cramps today ...throat and  nose dry 

Belly feels empty . Not very hungry ...can walk five miles

Woke up for the garbage disposal ...

Checked the water pump ...

Builder mafia making all sorts of sounds ...I probably woke up due to the sound of talking outside on the street

The nuclear power is off and neighborhood generators are on . Sound strategy changed 

Woke up for garbage disposal 

Don't feel like I eat anything . Throat needs cleaning after coming inside too much pollution in the air

After remaining up all night .. Waiting ..I fall asleep at the beginning of sehri time and woke up five minutes before sehri end time ..was brushing at astronomical Twilight . Quickest Sehri ..

Had the first fasting day out ..yesterday . Got the exertion and bone chill from the graveyard .. can't focus ..sleep uneasy..and the wakeup calls 

Nothing a day or two of rest won't cure
