Where is the change....?

On 20th jan 2009 a cold cold day a year ago....the people of United States and the World witnessed the Inauguration of the 44th President Of United States Of America...Mr Barak Hussian Obama from the west front capital hill. His Oath in office administered by the chief justice John G Roberts on a closed Lincoln bible.
After the Oath which had to be technically corrected later on ...Mr Obama in his inaugural speech said..

My fellow citizens:

I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors. I thank President Bush for his service to our nation, as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition.

Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath.[1] The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace. Yet, every so often the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms. At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because We the People have remained faithful to the ideals of our forbearers, and true to our founding documents.

So it has been. So it must be with this generation of Americans.

That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood. Our nation is at war, against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age. Homes have been lost; jobs shed; businesses shuttered. Our health care is too costly; our schools fail too many; and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet.

These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics. Less measurable but no less profound is a sapping of confidence across our land — a nagging fear that America's decline is inevitable, and that the next generation must lower its sights.

Well I don't know about the American people...But I knew for sure that this is not the beginning..it is the end of an election Rhetoric....CHANGE ! WE WANT

and that from now on he will only speak eloquently...

In my view he faced three main challenges when he entered the office in white House.

1.the war

2.the economy

3.and not being taken seriously....

For the third he hired people like Mrs Clinton and Ms Johnson ...

the War had been going on too long a little persuasion by his charming personality convinced the war mongers that it must end before his re-election campaign starts...how very convenient .

For the economy he didn't have to do much..all he did was to pool the money to save the collapsing financial institutions.

In the mean time he kept the house and senate occupied with the healthcare legislation and few foreign help and assistance bills like the kerry lugar bill for pakistan.

And there he is the 44th US and first colored president of the United States of America with an year of experience in the office and an approval rating in the safe zone of above 56 %

GOD BLESS AMERICA
