ever since childhood i loved to hear,browse and read most of the fairy tales and fables.And Gulliver's travels has been one of my very favorites.There was a time when i thought (believed) that fairy tales should be rigid. After years and years of studying the US Constitution and realizing that i belong to some of the very possessive people and land,I begin to love and enjoy some tiny toony deviations and wilder interpretations and within due course amendments to some of the fairy tales.
This movie is not the run of the mill another cinderella story type boring film school projects. This is very very imaginative Jack Black kind of movie.The message is very clear that the people around you can make you feel larger than life or smaller than a pygmy anytime,anywhere...its up to you how you wanna live your life.
